Trade
stalls
There were plenty of stalls where you
could buy sustainable goods and
services. Sustainable Thornbury wants to promote local sustainable
businesses, and a selection of these businesses were selling their
goods at the EcoFair.
We invited selected local
traders to sell a range of ecological
products typical of those on the market. We asked that the
goods
on sale should be ethically produced and fairly traded, use a minimum
of energy in their production and distribution, and have minimum impact
on the earth's resources in their materials. While we believe all the
traders featured adhere to these principles, they are, of course, not
the only traders who do so.
