AGM 2010

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 19th May in the Stuart Room at the Chantry. Click here for the minutes.

The formal business of the meeting should be quite short, possibly about half an hour. The agenda is below, with links to last year's minutes, and the officers' reports when they become available.

We elect all our officers for a three year term. We would encourage anyone who wants to get involved to put their names forward for any of Chair, Secretary, Deputy Chair, or Membership Secretary.  

The formal business will be followed by a briefing for EcoFair helpers.
